About Kimchi
Kimchi is Korea’s beloved, time-honored dish made from fermented vegetables—usually napa cabbage—with a kick of spice! It’s tangy, crunchy, and full of probiotics, making it a perfect balance of flavor and health benefits. 🥗
From family tables in Korea to food trucks in Hawaii, kimchi has found a home in our hearts and on our plates. Ready to dive into the world of kimchi? 🌺
